Maintenance & Operations

The goal of the Maintenance and Operations Department is to support YCOE’s programs by providing a well maintained, clean & safe environment for students, staff, and the community. We take pride in our proactive approach to facility management by implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize disruptions and extend the life of our assets.  We do this through regular inspections, maintenance and repair of district buildings, school sites, grounds, and equipment, while working a year-round work schedule to meet the needs of our students & staff and ensuring all local, state, and federal mandates, environmental and safety regulations are met.
