 The Yuba County Office of Education Family Resource Center provides support to families of infants and children prenatal through 5 years old who are at risk with developmental delays/disabilities and those who have established special needs/disabilities.  Resources include: Parent to Parent Support; Referrals to Programs and Services; Resource Library/Toy Lending Library; Outreach; Collaboration; Gas Cards/Vouchers; Bus Passes; Support Group; Prop 10 Parent Kit Distributor; Early Start support services.
